Everson, WA – For the first time in his career, Parker Hadlock capped off a fun night of racing at Deming Speedway with a win in the Speedmart 600 Open division. Chance Crum returned to Deming Speedway with a Shots 2 Go Espresso 1200 win, while Corbin Ramsey became a repeat winner in the Mytrafficman.NET 600 Restricted division while Clayton Jalakas got his first win in the Clean Crawls JR Sprints.

It took four tried to get the Speedmart 600 Open main started but when it went, it was Parker Hadlock jumping out to a sizeable lead with Dylan Resch trying to narrow the gap. The gap finally shrunk when Hadlock came upon two slower cars racing for position. Resch used slower cars to close right up to Hadlock’s rear bumper once, but Parker cleared the slower cars and reestablished his advantage as he streaked on to victory lane. Resch would run second with Rachel Westmoreland coming in third. Heat race wins went to Jesse Schlotfeldt, Tyler McLeod and Dakota Drake.

A lap three wreck opened the door wide for Chance Crum to score the win in the Shots 2 Go Espresso 1200a. Dick Williams and Alex Lewis were running 1-2 over the first two laps, but on lap three contact between the two caused a chain reaction that caught four other cars up in their wake and gave the lead to third place running Crum. Crum was flawless the rest of the way to take the victory ahead of Dakota Drake and Seth Hespe. Heat wins went to Lewis and Steven Hendrickson.

It is now three straight main events wins for Nick Evans to start 2021 in the Northwest Focus Midget division. After taking the lead on lap seven from Brian Holmkvist, Evans would lead the rest of the way, holding off a strong late charge by eventual runner up Jared Peterson. Jesse Munn took third. Heat winners were Brian Rose and Peterson.

Corbin Ramsey used a brilliant move to take the lead and the win in the Mytrafficman.Net 600 restricted class. On lap 12, Ramsey rolled from the high side of turns three and four to the low groove of turns one and two with a huge head of steam, using the momentum to pull even with a pass Axel Oudman for the lead and eventual win. Peyton Drake and Oudman rounded out the podium, while Drake, Ramsey and Kane Van Sickle all won heat races.

Clayton Jalakas scored his first career win in the Clean Crawls JR Sprints. Jalakas took full advantage of his front row starting spot and led all twenty laps with ease, carving through slower traffic as he drove to the win ahead of McKenna Morgan and Dustin Ramsey. Jayce Medcalf and Avery Askvig won the heats.
